Our Philosophy
Our intention here at Therapeutic Massage Professionals is to provide our clients with the ultimate environment of relaxation and healing. We are a group of highly trained Licensed Massage Therapists who are skilled in many different areas so we are able to tailor our sessions to accommodate whatever needs a client has. We are passionate in our commitment to help clients achieve balance and well-being in body, mind and spirit.
Office Policies
Our main goal here is to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Each therapist is an independent contractor and therefore their hours of availability may vary so please check with your individual therapist to determine their hours. All sessions are by appointment only, no walk-ins.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals/NoShows
If you make an appointment that you do not show up for, you will be charged for the time set aside for you. Please arrive on time, you will only receive the remaining time left and be charged for the full time set aside for you. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice.
Health Policy
If you are sick, please contact your therapist and reschedule your appointment for a time when you are well. If you arrive sick to an appointment you will be asked to reschedule.
Behavioral Policy
Behavioral misconduct, either physical or verbal, will result in immediate dismissal with payment being required.
Confidentiality
All information is kept confidential, except upon written request from the client.
